Plugged Into Mindfulness for Parents via Zoom

Plugged into Mindfulness for Parents. This is a twice a month series of online classes for parents who are interested in mindfulness and emotional regulation, both for themselves, and for the whole family. Discussion and practice of mindfulness techniques, research and practical tips on creating greater resilience for the whole family. Register for the series by emailing Joni at jonisturgill@gmail.com. Series of 6 classes, join anytime. $120 ($20 per class). Class is always on the second Tuesday and fourth Wednesday of each month, 6:30pm to 7:30pm. (You can continue the series after the first six, different material will be presented on an ongoing basis, but you’re required to commit to at least six sessions).
