Silent Retreat
Step away from the noise of daily life and into a peaceful, supportive space designed to help you slow down, soften, and listen inward. In silence, you’ll learn to hear yourself again.
Held at the beautiful Olmsted Manor and Lodge — nestled near the quiet beauty of the Allegheny National Forest and home to a walking labyrinth — this silent retreat is a chance to gently explore your inner landscape while surrounded by nature and community.
Throughout the weekend, Joni will guide you through various forms of meditation and mindful movement, helping you feel grounded and supported in each step of your experience. You'll also receive gentle guidance on how to spend your silent time, with options for journaling, walking, resting, or simply being. This retreat is not about doing more; it’s about doing less with intention.
Each day includes:

🌿 A “connection hour” to share and set intentions (before returning to silence)
🌿 Ample free time to reflect, rest, and reconnect with yourself
🌿 A large, nourishing brunch at 10:00 AM and dinner at 5:30 PM

Whether you're new to silence or have experienced it before, you’ll be gently led through the weekend in a way that feels safe, welcoming, and accessible. You don’t have to know how to “do it right;” Joni will be there to guide you every step of the way.

Women's Connection Retreat
In the constant pull between work, family, and the endless to-do list, it’s easy to lose sight of ourselves — and just as easy to forget the deep nourishment that comes from spending time with supportive, like-hearted women. The Women’s Connection Retreat is your chance to step away from the noise and into a space designed for genuine connection — with yourself, with nature, and with a community of women who see and accept you exactly as you are.
Over four restorative days, we’ll slow down and savor the simple joys of being present. Mornings will begin with gentle yoga and meditation. Days will be filled with nourishing community meals, guided hikes, time to soak in cedar hot tubs, stargazing by the campfire (yes, there will be s’mores!), hammock hangs, and moments of laughter and reflection. You’ll also enjoy intention-setting circles, a local honey tasting, and plenty of unstructured time to rest, journal, or wander in nature.
This retreat is not about doing more — it’s about creating space to breathe, to remember your own rhythms, and to experience the kind of connection that fills you up from the inside out. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, stronger, and more deeply rooted in yourself.

There are 12 individual glamping pods in one cabin, which we will have to ourselves.

Peace in Peru's Sacred Valley Retreat
Join us in the heart of the Andes, where the mountains whisper ancient truths and the land pulses with sacred energy. Peru’s Sacred Valley is a place where native plants hold centuries of healing wisdom, where shamans walk the line between spirit and earth, and where the stillness of the land invites deep transformation. This is more than a journey; it’s a homecoming to something your soul has always known.
Retreat costs include:
6 Nights, 7 Days in either a shared or private room.
We will have the entire center ourselves, for privacy and comfort. This includes a Main Yoga Deck and Yoga Shala for all our classes (all yoga equipment provided: mats, blocks, bolsters, straps, & blankets). Bonfires are available, as well as local trekking around Samadhi’s grounds. Check out the organic gardens and the painting terrace in the mountains with the beautiful view.
Daily Program:
Joni will guide daily morning yoga, meditation, breathwork, and intention setting. There will be additional sessions scheduled throughout the week for deeper work, restorative yoga, journaling prompts, fire ceremony, transformational breathwork, and ecstatic dance. While this is a key part of the program, everything should always feel optional, so you may make this retreat your own experience and what your mind, body, and spirit need. Just remember to consider stepping outside of your comfort zone — that’s where growth happens!
All Meals:
Daily Vegan or Vegetarian Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner at the preferred time with the option to include some fish or chicken meals. Water, coffee, herbal teas &
fruits available all day for guests. Please provide any allergies and dietary restrictions to Joni prior to Check-in
Group Ceremonial Hot Springs:
We will have a ceremonial hot springs session with native plants and crystals connected to the water element for relaxation and intention setting. One full hour of time in this large meditation pool will connect our group to the land and to our personal intentions.
90 minute Sound Healing Session:
Ancestral music, singing bowls and other sounds will invoke relaxation and revelation. This journey of healing sounds and vibration invites us to travel to the highest places of our consciousness. The music therapist starts with meditation and continues with unfolding melodies that allow us to feel the connection with the elements of nature: Earth, fire, air, and water
Pachamama's Temazcal & Paqarina Ceremony:
This ceremony represents the ritual return to the womb of the great mother and symbolic of being born anew. It is a natural therapeutic experience of heat, steam, and medicinal plants from traditional South American medicine. It consists of a natural sauna made with tree branches and covered with fabrics, creating an isolated and warm atmosphere inside. Enter this womb where hot stones and medicinal herbs such as eucalyptus, sage, and cedar are poured over with water to create steam. (there are no psychedelic plants used in this ceremony). This deeply sacred ceremony is guided by a Shaman in the intimacy of the center.
Additional Optional Excursions (for an additional cost):
Joni will arrange 3 additional excursions for our group, including Machu Picchu. These are optional and average around $70 a person per excursion. Joni will message you as soon as these are planned and allow you to reserve your spot if you’re interested in joining.
Optional Center Services:
Massages and facials are available for an additional cost if scheduled in advance. Joni can provide details if you’re interested in scheduling.
Transportation to and from the center can be arranged for the group at an additional cost.
Cost:
Single Room (one double bed): $2300
Private room for couples or single (room with one queen): $1990 per person if a couple is sharing the room; $2450 if a single in the queen room
Double rooms (with 2 double beds): $2000 per person (if you’re traveling alone but want a double room, you’ll be placed with someone of the same gender).
A deposit of $500 holds your spot. This retreat is expected to sell out, so please book early! Your deposit is refundable until January 1, 2026. After that point, it is non-refundable to ensure the stability of filling the retreat.
Payment plan: 50% (minus deposit) due January 1, 2026. The remaining 50% is due April 1, 2026.
